Who owns the website?
You do. The domain is registered in your name, the content is yours, and payments go to your own account. If we part ways, you keep everything — I'll even hand over the files.
What happens if I cancel the care plan?
Nothing bad. The site is yours; I hand off hosting to you or export everything, and you can restart the plan whenever you like. No hostage-taking.
How is this so much cheaper than an agency?
One person, no office, no account managers, and modern tools that let me build in a weekend what used to take a team six weeks. You're paying for the work, not the overhead.
What do you need from me?
About an hour total: a short questionnaire, your photos and logo if you have them, and your prices or services list. If you don't have photos, I'll work with what exists and tell you honestly what's worth upgrading later.
What's the payment schedule?
50% deposit to lock your build slot and guaranteed launch date, 50% when the site goes live. The deposit is set in writing before you pay anything.
Do you build online stores?
Booking and payments, yes — that's the specialty. Full product catalogs with shipping are a case-by-case conversation; if I'm not the right fit, I'll say so.
